The OpenExam Committee is pleased to announce that Terry Lamb (http://www.shef.ac.uk/education/staff/academic/lambt) has agreed to become President of OpenExam.

Terry has vast experience of working with students and teachers from diverse backgrounds, both within the UK and internationally, and aims to enable them to develop ideas, which are relevant to their own lives and within their own contexts.  

In 2009 Terry was awarded the title Chevalier dans l'ordre des Palmes Académiques by the French prime minister for services to languages and European culture.

Terry has consistently encouraged the development of OpenExam from the outset. His appointment as President is indeed an honour for our organisation.
